The quality control system of ore (SCCR) - hardware and software package designed to track changes in the quality of ore flows and recording the volume of ore in mining enterprises online.

That allows management, engineering and dispatch personnel to actively intervene in the management of quality ore on levels of responsibility.

SCCR include:

- ore-controlling station PKC-K, mounted on assembly lines and integrated in a single data network (two or more);

- the server side - for storage and accumulation of data on the quality of the ore with the possibility of a subsequent boot from a server and processing by authorized users;

- scheduling and control system performance SCCR - to view data on the quality of ore ( including quality control of ore in real time ) , the opportunity to view statistics retrospectively change the quality and quantity of ore for any period of time , separately for each direction or a total shipment for several directions to form a summary of the balance sheet in the form of tables and graphs , and output it to print, to evaluate the state of individual elements SCCR and performance targets for the shipment of ore.

Example SCCR for the processing of several technological types of ores or having "complex" scheme shipment of ore, simultaneous or alternating shipment of ore from the mine and from the warehouse.

In SCCR monitored every ore stream entering the factory. The system receives a signal from the RCS to the control panel , which is usually located near the point of the setup. On the remote control signal is processed , the measurement result mineral content is saved and sent to the server system. Server system is also connected to the computer workstation ( AWS) . APM allows you to simultaneously monitor in real time the graphic quality of the ore , extending in all directions shipment display dimension table of contents , building on data derived graphics and reporting documentation to be averaging data over time with a minimum interval of 10min.

Thus, the system of quality control of ore can automatically and in real time:
- required to carry out control of the content of the analytes in all directions shipment of ore at PF;
- transmit information at all control points in the central control room;
- save, store and display the data on the quality of ore according to any one of the directions of the shipment;
- process the data quality of shipped ore and produce reports for specified intervals.

Application of automated quality control system allows the ore to achieve the following positive effects of mining and processing facilities:

- Improve the overall manageability of technological processes that directly affect the quality of the commodity output of mines and concentrators; 

- Make an exception unauthorized shipment breed and substandard ore processing chain PF; 

- Create conditions for improving the economic interest of mining companies as commercial products.


The system requires an individual approach for each specific object implementation.
