Protective device of oversized ZUN-1 (RKS)

Protective device of oversized (ZUN-1) for the electronic block RKS-KM is designed to protect it from the oversized pieces of ore (objects) are present on the conveyor belt and exceeding the height of the electronic module on a conveyor belt.

Protective device is installed into the rack base station instead of the standard portal with rotary traverse.

The basis of the ZUN-1 method laid lifting the electronic unit to a safe height above the conveyor. For this purpose, we used the principle mechanism of the flanged type with electric drive. As sensors detect oversized pieces of ore on a conveyor belt used optical proximity switch with polarization filter.

In their impact on the environment ZUN-1 is an environmentally safe product, do not constitute the operation of toxic chemicals and do not expose the environment and people in any harmful effects.
